Refund Policy

1. General Terms

This document governs the terms and procedure for refunds for information and consulting services (online courses) purchased on the website mary-magic.club. Relations between the Client and the Executor are governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

2. Refund Before Access

If the Client has not received access to the course materials, they are entitled to a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment. To do so, please contact support.

3. Refund After Access

If the Client has received access to the course materials, the refund is made in proportion to the volume of services not received. The Executor has the right to withhold the cost of services actually provided. The refund decision is made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Application Procedure

4.1. To request a refund, send an application to the email address or through the feedback form. 4.2. In the application, specify: full name, email, payment date, amount, reason for refund. 4.3. Application review period — up to 10 business days. 4.4. Refunds are made to the card/account from which the payment was made.

5. Exceptions

5.1. Refunds are not made if the Client has received access to 50% or more of the course materials. 5.2. In case of violation by the Client of the terms of the offer agreement (distribution of materials, etc.), a refund is not made.
