Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This agreement is a public offer (proposal) of the Sole Proprietor FOP Ditsan Mariia Vasylivna, hereinafter referred to as the "Executor", to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") to enter into an agreement for the provision of information and consulting services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the terms set out below. The Client's payment for services constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Executor undertakes to provide the Client with information and consulting services in the form of online courses, and the Client undertakes to pay for these services. 2.2. The specific list of services, their scope, price, and access conditions are determined on the relevant course page on the website.

3. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement

3.1. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment funds are credited to the Executor's account. 3.2. Confirmation of the agreement is an email sent to the Client at the email address provided during payment.

4. Price and Payment Procedure

4.1. The price of services is indicated on the website in hryvnias (UAH). 4.2. Payment is made as a one-time payment through the WayForPay payment service. 4.3. The payment currency is hryvnia (UAH).

5. Procedure for Providing Services

5.1. Access to the course is granted to the Client after the funds are credited. 5.2. The Client gains access to course materials through a Telegram bot. 5.3. The duration of access to the course is 365 days from the date of payment.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Executor is obliged to: provide the Client with full access to the course; provide technical support. 6.2. The Client is obliged to: pay for services in accordance with the established procedure; not distribute course materials to third parties.

7. Refund Procedure

7.1. The Client has the right to refuse the service within 14 days from the date of payment if access to the course materials has not been granted. 7.2. If the Client has received access to the course materials, refunds are made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". 7.3. To request a refund, please contact support via the contacts on the website.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All course materials are objects of intellectual property of the Executor. 8.2. The Client is prohibited from copying, distributing, or transferring course materials to third parties without the written consent of the Executor.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. The Executor undertakes not to transfer the Client's personal data to third parties, except as provided by the legislation of Ukraine. 9.2. More details about personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability of the Parties

10.1. The parties are liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of the agreement in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. 10.2. The Executor is not liable for the inability to use the services for reasons beyond the Executor's control.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. The parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in case of force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).

12. Final Provisions

12.1. This agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine. 12.2. The invalidity of any clause of the agreement does not entail the invalidity of other clauses. 12.3. The Executor has the right to make changes to this agreement by publishing the updated version on the website.
